PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging apparatus advantageous for correcting a signal from a sensor for cancelling a noise component.SOLUTION: The radiation imaging apparatus includes: a plurality of sensors which are arrayed so as to form a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns a drive section which drives the plurality of sensors for the unit of a row and a reading section for reading signals from the sensors of each column. The drive section performs a first operation for iteratively initializing the plurality of sensors before irradiation with radial rays, and a second operation for driving the plurality of sensors so as to read signals from the plurality of sensors by means of the reading section in response to the irradiation with radial rays.
