Independent claims are included for: (1) producing a soluble food pebble comprising mixing the two salts with different particle sizes, and compressing the mixture of two salts to obtain a pebble; and (2) a salting process comprising adding the soluble food pebble in one volume of determined aqueous liquid, and baking food in the determined aqueous liquid.
