Specifically, the container comprises: a water collection member which is joined to the periphery of the opening of the culture bottle, includes a water storing groove, and has a plate formed on the outer periphery of one end thereof； a cover which has a connection part in contact with the plate of the water collection member formed at a lower end thereof, and has a dome-shaped container formed above the connection part； and an interval adjustment means which adjusts an interval between the water collection member and the cover for ventilation.
