PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for mushroom culture, reduced in manufacturing costs and also improved in working efficiency of work for being attached to a culture bottle.SOLUTION: The cover for mushroom culture is attached to a culture bottle for culturing mushroom to allow the mushroom to grow in an aligned state, and is composed of a cylindrical body formed by overlapping two opposed end parts 101a, 101b of a sheet body 100 made of resin material into a belt state, and welding the end parts 101a, 101b together to be formed into a cylindrical shape.
