PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tea-containing fermented food and drink having masked bitter taste and enabling easy ingestion of catechin which has various bioactivities, and to provide a method for producing the tea-containing fermented food and drink.SOLUTION: The tea-containing fermented food and drink is obtained by lactic-fermenting with lactic acid bacteria, a fermentation raw material which contains dairy products and tea leaves and/or tea extract.
