PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a massage effect in an injection mechanism of an aerosol container.SOLUTION: An injection mechanism with a massage function for an aerosol container comprises a cylindrical body part 10 and a movable cylindrical part 20 which is reciprocally slidable in a vertical direction on the outer periphery. Two projection parts 24 are provided for either the body part 10 or a sliding contact surface of the movable cylindrical body 20, engaging long hole parts 14 mutually matching the projection parts 24 are provided on the other sliding contact surface in a diagonal direction, an energization member 30 is mediated between the body part 10 and the movable cylindrical part 20, so that the movable cylindrical part 20 slides in the vertical direction while rotating in the peripheral direction. A plurality of projection parts 28 are provided on an upper end surface 25 of the movable cylindrical part 20. At an almost central part of the upper end surface of the movable cylindrical part 20, a passage 26 is formed, and a lower end part 26k of the passage 26 presses down a system S for discharge.
