PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet extraction instrument having excellent operability and reducing workload even in a continuous use.SOLUTION: The tablet extraction instrument comprises: a first plate piece 1 including a projection 10 at one end, and a handle 11 extending toward the other end a second plate piece 2 including a cylindrical body 31 regulating a through-hole 30 in which the projection 10 is inserted, and a handle 20 extending toward the other end a connecting shaft 3 for swingably connecting the first plate piece 1 relative to the second plate piece 2 and a worm spring 4 for energizing in a direction of expanding a distance between the projection 10 and the cylindrical body 31.
