PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA cassette capable of visualization of a target gene in a desired cell or organ, and further capable of modifying an animal with a visualized gene so that the living modified animal can be accurately analyzed.SOLUTION: Provided is a DNA cassette which causes homologous recombination with a given target DNA to be introduced into a chromosome.
