PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device produced, while suppressing increase in cost, and will not be plugged, even if soil or the like is mixed in, and to provide a remaining-trunk treating device equipped therewith.SOLUTION: The remaining-trunk treating device 1 is equipped with a digging up device 15 for digging up the left trunk and drugging the left trunk thereinto, and the cutting device 20 for conveying and cutting the left trunk. The cutting device 20 is equipped with conveying rollers 21 and 22 for conveying the left trunk rearward, a cutting rotor 25 for shredding the conveyed left trunk, and a chute 50 for sending shredded fragments of the left trunk. The cutting rotor 25 is equipped with a plurality of cutting blades 27, arranged at the center part in the shaft direction of a rotary driven shaft 26 arranged at the rear part of the conveying roller 22, and a pair of blowers 30, installed in both the right and left sides of the rotary driven shaft 26. The chute 50, communicating with a discharging opening 28a having the width nearly equal to the distance between edge parts at the outside of the pair of the blowers 30 in the width direction, is installed in the upper part at the rear side of an outside case 28 surrounding the cutting rotor 25 and a blasting blade 31 of the blower 30.
