FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to methods of germinating seeds for use as a food product. Method for obtaining food biomass of shoots of seeds of agricultural crops includes filling the container with seeds, immersing them in water, incubating the seeds before swelling, draining the water and further germinating the seeds until the seedlings are obtained. As a container, a food package is used, made of a polypropylene biaxially oriented film, perforated over the entire surface of the package with openings of 0.2–3.0 mm. Single portion of the seed is placed in the bag for consumption, and the seeds are incubated before swelling by completely immersing the bag of seeds in water and keeping at room temperature. After that, the bag is removed, the water is drained and for further germination of the seeds until the seedlings are obtained, the bag with the seeds is placed in a transparent hermetically sealed container.EFFECT: invention allows to ensure the high quality of the product obtained by eliminating the spread of mold and providing oxygen access to the grain in the soaking process.1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 exИзобретение относится к пищевой промышленности, в частности к способам проращивания семян для употребления в качестве пищевого продукта. Способ получения пищевой биомассы проростков семян сельскохозяйственных культур включает заполнение контейнера семенами, погружение их в воду, инкубацию семян до набухания, слив воды и дальнейшее проращивание семян до получения проростков. В качестве контейнера используют пищевой пакет, выполненный из полипропиленовой двухосноориентированной пленки, перфорированной по всей поверхности пакета отверстиями 0,2-3,0 мм. В пакет помещают разовую для употребления порцию семян, а инкубацию семян до набухания осуществляют путем полного погружения пакета с семенами в воду и выдерживания при комнатной температуре.
