PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volatilization apparatus which is easy to assemble, and a method of manufacturing the volatilization apparatus.SOLUTION: A container body 31 is housed and held between a recessed part 121 for a container body right side part of a second holding part 104 and a recessed part 201 for a container body left side part of a first holding part 102, and a flange 42 of the container body 31 is positioned while being inserted into the second front slit 151 and second rear slit 152 of the second holding part 104 and the first front slit 231 and second rear slit of the first holding part 102. At the time, a folded part 82 of a sheet 71 closing an upper opening 41 of the container body 31 is extended to the front through the second front slit 151 and the second front slit 231. At a tray 33, a holding space 311 for holding a volatilization body 32 so as to fall down to the side of a liquid chemical 2 is formed, and the holding space 311 is opened at the upper part of the tray 33.
