PURPOSE: A natural powdered seasoning composition for watery plain kimchi and a producing method thereof are provided to produce the composition without using salted seafood. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a natural powdered seasoning composition for watery plain kimchi comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of seasonings by weight, 15-25 parts of red pepper powder by weight, and 10-20 parts of bay salt by weight; adding 5-10 parts of natural flavor ingredients by weight, 8-15 parts of powdered taffy by weight, 2-7 parts of garlic powder by weight, 1-2 parts of ginger powder by weight, 10-25 parts of powdered glucose by weight, and 5-10 parts of dextrin by weight into the mixture; and spraying a dextrin solution to the mixture before drying.분말 제형의 물김치용 양념 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 물김치용 양념은, 제품 안정성이 우수하고, 보관 및 운송이 용이하다. 또한, 상기 물김치용 양념을 이용하여, 손쉽고 간편하게 물김치를 제조할 수 있으며, 젓갈 특유의 냄새가 나지 않는다는 장점이 있다.
