PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional puncture device requires skill for aligning a medical fluid port provided at the edge of a puncture needle with dermis, and it is difficult for a beginner to align the edge (medical fluid port) with dermis.SOLUTION: The puncture device comprises a first substrate 4, a second substrate 5, a flexible coupling portion 12 for coupling the two substrates 4, 5 in the horizontal direction, a bonding means provided on the surface of the two substrates in the same direction, and a puncture needle moving means 10 provided on the first substrate and supporting a puncture needle 22 movably. The puncture needle 22 is supported to move substantially in parallel with the surface of the bonding means while spaced apart from the surface of the bonding means by a predetermined distance, and when a skin bonded by the bonding means is picked up while being pinched by the first substrate 4 and the second substrate 5, the puncture needle 22 is moved by the puncture needle moving means 10 and the skin thus picked up is punctured.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の穿刺器具では、穿刺針の刃先に設けた薬液口を真皮に位置合わせするために熟練性を要しており、初心者では真皮に刃先(薬液口)を位置合わせすることが難しかった。【解決手段】第1の基板4と、第2の基板5と、2つの基板4,5を水平方向に連結する可撓性を有する基板連結部12と、2つの基板の同方向の面に設けられた接着手段と、第1の基板に設けられ且つ穿刺針22を移動可能に支持する穿刺針移動手段10と、を備えて構成されている。穿刺針22は、接着手段の面から所定距離離間させてその接着手段の面と略平行に移動可能に支持されており、接着手段によって接着された皮膚が第1の基板4と第2の基板5で挟んで摘み上げられたときに、穿刺針移動手段10によって穿刺針22を移動させて、摘み上げられた皮膚を穿刺する。【選択図】図1
