PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored scaly fine powder-containing dispersion that does not suffer from excessive limitation of solvents to be used and can be used without any problem as a raw material for a coating material produced so as to obtain a leafing effect and as a raw material for a colored coating material exhibiting metallic luster and to provide a coating material or a gel each produced by using the dispersion.SOLUTION: The scaly fine powder-containing dispersion is produced through a lamination step of laminating a release layer and a metal layer on the surface of a base material film to produce a laminate a peeling step of peeling the metal layer from the laminate by using a solvent a pulverization step of pulverizing the metal layer in the solvent to form a scaly fine powder and producing a scaly fine powder dispersion by using the scaly fine powder a coloration step of coloring the scaly fine powder contained in the scaly fine powder dispersion and a leafing treatment step of adding a leafing agent to the scaly fine powder-containing dispersion after the coloration step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 用いる溶媒による制限を過剰に受けることのない、リーフィング効果を得られてなる塗材の原料として、なおかつ金属光沢を呈する有色塗料の原材料として何ら問題なく用いることの出来る有色鱗片状微粉末分散液及びそれを用いて得られる塗材やジェルを提供する。【解決手段】 基材フィルムの表面に、離型層と、金属層と、を積層して積層体を得る積層工程と、積層体から溶剤を用いて前記金属層を剥離してなる剥離工程と、金属層を前記溶剤中にて粉砕してこれを鱗片状微粉末とした、鱗片状微粉末分散液を得る粉砕工程と、鱗片状微粉末分散液に含有される鱗片状微粉末を着色する着色工程と、着色工程を終えた前記鱗片状微粉末含有分散液にリーフィング剤を添加するリーフィング処理工程と、を経て得られてなること、を特徴とする、鱗片状微粉末含有分散液とした。【選択図】 図1
