The invention relates to a device (20) for regulating the temperature of a module for driving at least one electronic component (10) intended to be disposed inside an ageing oven for the said electronic component (10). The device (20) is advantageously configured to regulate the temperature of the drive module in such a way as to allow its operation inside the oven during operation while avoiding its premature ageing.
