The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, in particular a capillary composition, comprising: one or more non-ionic associative polymers, in particular of the polyurethane polyether type in an amount of 2 to 60 wt % relative to the total weight of the composition and one or more non-ionic surfactants composed of polyoxyalkylenated fatty alcohol having a C12-C18 chain and a number of alkylene oxide units of 4 and 10.
