The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hair cosmetic that imparts strong hold but is anti-flaking, and further, is excellent in terms of restyling performance and being non-sticky. This hair cosmetic contains the following components (A) through (D): (A)(meth)acrylic silicone graft copolymer, (B) at least one type of film-forming polymer selected from nonionic, amphoteric, and cationic polymers, (C) monohydric lower alcohol, and (D) at least one selected from a polyalkylene glycol and a sugar alcohol.
