The present invention relates to a marine Streptomyces genus Streptomyces (Streptomyces sp.) PK-28 extract and phenazine derivatives separated from this culture of origin of the algae having a room ohneung. PK-28의 배양 추출물 및 이로부터 분리된 페나진 유도체 화합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 스트렙토마이세스 속 PK-28로부터 방오효능을 나타내는 4종의 물질을 NMR과 HR-MS로 분석한 결과, 이들 물질은 페나진 유도체인 것을 확인하였으며, 부착성 세균을 대상으로 한 실험에서 우수한 부착방지 효능을 나타냄을 확인하였다.
