PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking device capable of performing a stable rocking operation without depending on a users weight, and a massage chair.SOLUTION: A massage machine includes a leg placing table 20 on which a users legs are placed, and a rocking drive part 40. The leg placing table 20 has a right leg support part 21 and a left leg support part 22 on which the users right crus 122 and left crus 142 are placed respectively, and the right leg support part 21 and the left leg support part 22 have a right inner wall 21B facing the inside of the users right leg and a left inner wall 22B facing the inside of the users left leg respectively.
