To provide a massage machine capable of performing mechanical massage in a state of sandwiching arms or legs of a user from the right and left by changing a position in the longitudinal direction of the arms or the legs of the user.SOLUTION: A massage machine includes: a support part having a support face for supporting the arms or the legs of a user； a pair of massage parts for massaging by sandwiching the support face and sandwiching the arms or the legs of the user； a drive part for driving the pair of massage parts； a control part for controlling the drive part； and moving means for moving the pair of massage parts with respect to the support face in the longitudinal direction of the arms or the legs of the user. The pair of massage parts has a first massage part positioned inside the arms or the legs of the user, and a second massage part positioned outside the arms or the legs of the user.
