PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine that is capable of urging a user to adjust a pillow position.SOLUTION: The massage machine 1 includes a backrest part 3 for a user to lean against and a pillow part 5 for supporting the head of the user. The pillow part 5 is adjustable in the position in the height direction, including a head support part 51 for supporting the head of the user and a shoulder contact part 52 which is extendedly installed lower than the head support part 51 and which is in contact with the top of the users shoulder. By the shoulder contact part 52 coming into contact with the shoulder, the head support part 51 is positioned at a prescribed height from the top of the shoulder.
