PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly cultivating a fruit vegetable crop, which is excellent in the color condition of the fruit vegetable crop and has a high rate of excellent fruit vegetable crops. SOLUTION: This is a method for high-growing fruit and vegetable crops in a greenhouse placed on the ground, wherein the ground in the greenhouse has an average reflectance of 10% or less in the wavelength region of 280 nm to 315 nm and 400 nm to 2000 nm.
