PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a bed device used for a diagnostic imaging apparatus, where a top board of the bed device moves over a distance longer than its length to secure its required stroke while avoiding the enlargement of its installation area, and the precision of the movement or speed of the top board can be improved, and also provide a medical diagnostic imaging apparatus using this bed device.SOLUTION: The bed device includes a driving mechanism, in which the upper surface of an annular endless belt 126 turnably held relative to a mobile frame 120 placed between a top board 130 and a bed body 113, is partially fixed to the top board 130, and the lower surface is partially fixed to the bed body 113.
