PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is a large-sized absorbent article that is increased in the size and in an absorption amount for absorbing a large amount of urine or the like, shows excellent adhesion to a crotch part and excellent absorption performance, and is excellent in fitness and wearing properties.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorber and has a length of 480 mm or more in a longitudinal direction and a length of 190 mm or more in a lateral direction. The absorber has a projected, three-dimensional shape part in which a urination area bulges compared to the circumference. The projected, three-dimensional shape part has a shape in which at least a front area side is narrow compared to the central part. The absorbent article is provided with a channel embossment in a Y-shape having the front area side as a lower part and the urination area side as an upper part in a manner to follow the narrowed shape on the front area side of the projected, three-dimensional shape part from the top sheet to the absorber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
