PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which has high adhesion to a wearer, and a shape of an absorber is not damaged during packaging, and in which feces leakage does not occur even when loose stool or watery stool is discharged.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises a top sheet, a back sheet and an absorber, and is folded along a fold line in packaging. The absorber has a salient type three-dimensional shape part in a urination area, and has a recess type three-dimensional shape part at a position where is line symmetric to the salient type three-dimensional shape part with a fold line as a center. The recess type three-dimensional shape part extends over an area wider than an area where the salient type three-dimensional shape part, and when the absorbent article is folded along the fold line, the recess type three-dimensional shape part can fully accommodate the salient type three-dimensional shape part, by a dimension, a position and a shape of the recess type three-dimensional shape part.
