PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a fish reef, using a fish reef forming tool that can be installed simply anywhere.SOLUTION: In the method for forming a fish reef, the fish reef forming tool 1 includes a plastic floating body 2 and a timber assembly 3. The timber assembly 3 has a constitution in which a plurality of timbers 3A arranged in such a way that water-conductive pipes are mutually located approximately in parallel are bound with ropes 4. A plurality of cuts 3B are formed in the timbers 3A. The fish reef forming tool 1 is equipped with a bamboo tube 7 that is passed through a space in an approximately parallel direction to the water-conductive pipes of the timbers 3A, is equipped with openings at both ends and enclosed by the timbers 3A and has water-conductive pipes located in an approximately parallel direction to the water-conductive pipes of the timbers 3A. The fish reef forming tool 1 is equipped with a long wire 5 that is passed through the inside of the bamboo tube 7, has one end attached to the floating body 2 and is longer than the length of the timber assembly 3 and the fish reef forming tool 1 equipped with a sinker 6 attached to the other end of the wire 5 is installed at the seabed.【課題】どこでも簡単に設置することができる漁礁形成具を用いた漁礁形成方法を提供する。【解決手段】漁礁形成具１は、プラスチック製の浮体２と、材木集合体３とを備える。材木集合体３は、互いに水分通導管が略平行に位置するように並べられた複数の材木３Ａが、わら縄４で結束されて構成されたものである。材木３Ａには、複数の切れ目３Ｂが形成されている。漁礁形成具１は、材木３Ａの水分通導管に対して略平行方向に且つ材木３Ａに囲まれた空間に通されると共に、両端に開口部が形成され、材木３Ａの水分通導管に対して略平行に位置する水分通導管を有する竹筒７を備える。漁礁形成具１は、竹筒７の内部に通されると共に、一端が浮体２に取付けられ、さらに材木集合体３の長さよりも長い針金５を備え、針金５の他端に取付けられた錘６を備えた漁礁形成具１を、海底に設置する漁礁形成方法を提供する。【選択図】図１
