PURPOSE: Wet feed for culturing fish, and a producing method thereof are provided to obtain the wet feed by forming a get film of alginic acid molecules and positive ions on the surface of solid feed. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of wet feed for culturing fish comprises the following steps: processing by-products of fodder fishes into solid feed(1)； spraying a first coating solution containing alginic acid compounds on the solid feed； and high-pressure spraying a second coating solution containing ionic compounds of divalent positive ions to the solid feed at room temperature to form a film. The first coating solution contains 100wt% of water, and 0.5~2wt% of alginic acid compounds with sodium alginate. The second coating solution contains 100wt% of water, and 0.2~1wt% of ionic compounds of divalent positive ions with calcium chloride.사료 효율과 친환경성이 향상된 습사료를 경제적으로 제조하도록, 본 발명은 사료어류의 부산물을 소정 크기의 고형사료로 가공하는 전처리단계； 전처리된 상기 고형사료에 알긴산류 화합물이 함유된 1차 코팅액을 분무하여 코팅시키는 1차코팅단계； 및 1차 코팅된 상기 고형사료에 2가 양이온의 이온성 화합물이 함유된 2차 코팅액을 상온에서 고압 분사하여 상기 고형사료의 외면에 알긴산 분자와 양이온이 겔화 형성된 겔화막을 피막 형성시키는 2차코팅단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 어류양식용 습사료의 제조방법을 제공한다.
