PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing bank-forming tool enabling the fishing bank to be simply installed everywhere, and to provide a method for forming the fishing bank by using the fishing bank-forming tool.SOLUTION: The fishing bank-forming tool 1 includes a plastic float 2 and a timber assembly 3. The timber assembly 3 is constituted by binding a plurality of timbers 3A arranged so that the water-conductive vessels may mutually be parallel, with a straw rope 4. A plurality of notches 3B are formed in the timber 3A. The fishing bank-forming tool 1 is also equipped with a bamboo cylinder 7 passed so as to be parallel to the water-conductive vessels of the timbers 3A through the space surrounded by the timbers 3A, having opening parts formed at both terminals and also having the water-conductive vessels positioned nearly parallelly to the water-conductive vessels of the timbers 3A. The fishing bank-forming tool 1 is also equipped with a wire 5 passed through the inside of the bamboo cylinder 7, having one terminal attached to the float 2 and being longer than the length of the timber assembly 3. The fishing bank-forming tool 1 has a sinker 6 attached to the other terminal of the wire 5, and a plate member 8.【課題】どこでも簡単に設置することができる漁礁形成具、並びにこのような漁礁形成具を用いた漁礁形成方法を提供する。【解決手段】漁礁形成具１は、プラスチック製の浮体２と、材木集合体３とを備える。材木集合体３は、互いに水分通導管が略平行に位置するよう並べられた複数の材木３Ａが、わら縄４で結束されて構成されたものである。材木３Ａには、複数の切れ目３Ｂが形成されている。漁礁形成具１は、材木３Ａの水分通導管に対して略平行方向に且つ材木３Ａに囲まれた空間に通されると共に、両端に開口部が形成され、材木３Ａの水分通導管に対して略平行に位置する水分通導管を有する竹筒７を備える。漁礁形成具１は、竹筒７の内部に通されると共に、一端が浮体２に取付けられ、さらに材木集合体３の長さよりも長い針金５を備える。漁礁形成具１は、針金５の他端に取付けられた錘６と、プレート部材８を備える。【選択図】図１
