The present invention relates to a method of making a chilly cream shrimp dish which is a novel form of take-out food, and a chilly cream shrimp dish made thereby. The present invention may provide a take-out food in which deep-fried shrimps are harmoniously mixed with various vegetables, fruits, and chilly cream sauce. Accordingly, the present invention satisfies many consumers with selective palate and various tastes, and thus may be enjoyed by people of all ages. Further, by forming a flat tortilla into the shape of a bowl and placing various ingredients thereon, the present invention can not only provide a novel form of take-out food but also reduce the consumption of disposable products used for packaging foods.
