PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit nurse calls aiming at something different from need of nursing care without imposing restrictions on nursing calls from an object person.SOLUTION: A computer is made perform as follows: first, detecting someone who exists in the vicinity of an object person of nursing care and differs from the object person and then, measuring the time for which the person other than the object person is being detected next, depending on the measured time, calculating a time at which the object person should get a next visit after that, depending on the calculated time, outputting the indication of a visit to the object person.
