The present invention includes: a long needle 30 that holds a first string-shaped member L1 and that is provided so as to be capable of reciprocal movement in a prescribed direction and of rotating around the direction of the reciprocal movement and a shuttle 26 that has a holding part 62, which holds a second string-shaped member L2 and can rotate around the axis of the needle 30, and that passes the holding part 62 in a relative manner through a loop LP that is formed as a result of the first string-shaped member L1 crossing the needle 30 when the needle 30 is rotated.
