The present invention relates to an attenuated swine fever virus live marker vaccine strain and a vaccine composition for oral administration using same and, more particularly, to: an attenuated swine fever virus live marker vaccine strain (CSFV BErns attenuated C-P50) obtained by alternately and continuously culturing the conventional swine fever virus vaccine strain Flc-LOM-BErns between cells; a vaccine composition for oral administration comprising same; and a method for serologically differentiating between swine infected outdoors with swine fever virus and swine inoculated with the attenuated swine fever virus live marker vaccine strain. The safety of the attenuated swine fever virus live marker vaccine strain, CSFV BErns attenuated C-P50, according to the present invention has been enhanced by mitigating side effects, such as abortions/stillbirths in pregnant sows, which are problems of conventional swine fever virus vaccine strains.
