PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of salt including ginseng, artemisiae capillaries, or acanthopanax senticosus is provided to enable a user to eat both the salt and the function components of the ginseng, the artemisiae capillaries, or the acanthopanax senticosus. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of salt including ginseng comprises the following steps: inserting 10~90wt% of ginseng into drinking water, and boiling for 24 hours in 80~90deg C for extracting(S100); adding 20~90wt% of bay salt to the ginseng extract, precipitating the extract for 10 hours, and drying(S200); roasting the dried ginseng and the bay salt for 2~3 hours(S300); and heating the roasted ginseng and the bay salt for 2~3 hours(S400).
