CONSTITUTION: A movable vacuum fermentation agitator comprises a housing(110), a mixing container, a first impeller unit, a second impeller unit, a vacuum pump unit(170), a heating unit, a warm water supply unit, a moisture removing unit, a controller, and a movable roller unit. The mixing container receives a mixed material. The first impeller unit firstly mixes the mixed material. The second impeller unit secondly mixes the mixed material. The vacuum pump unit vacuumizes the inside of the mixing container. The heating unit maintains the temperature of the mixing container. The warm water supply unit supplies warm water.
