PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a number of problems in a conventional heat supply device and a heat supply system, wherein fossil fuel such as petroleum, coal and natural gas causing global warning has been directly heat-supplied as main fuel, or the heat supply has been performed in place of electricity generated by power generation or the like using atomic fuel, accordingly, in particular, in the greenhouse cultivation of a farmer, the heating of a building, a cold area or the like, large heat supply becomes necessary for snow-melting measurements, however, a means for satisfying these requirements using inexpensive regeneration energy has not been found.SOLUTION: A heat supply device and a heat supply system are provided for obtaining fermentation heat h by stirring a fermentation material m mixed with, as the fermentation material, a plant system organic matter, a fermentation fungus such as an yeast fungus, and/or an enzyme fungus, and/or a lactic acid fungus, and/or sugars at an optimum blending ratio.【課題】 従来の熱供給装置、及び熱供給システムは、主に、地球温暖化の原因となる石油、石炭、天然ガス等の化石燃料を、燃料として直接熱供給したり、又は、核燃料による発電等、電気に変えて熱供給を行ってきた。特に農家のハウス栽培や、建物の暖房及び、寒冷地等においては、融雪対策等に、多大な熱供給が必要であるが、安価な再生エネルギーより、これらを達成する手段が見出されていないという、数多くの欠点を有していた。【解決手段】醗酵材料として、植物系有機物と、酵母菌、及び／又は、酵素菌、及び／又は乳酸菌等の発酵菌、及び／又は糖類等が、最適な配合で、混入された発酵材料ｍを撹拌することにより、発酵熱ｈを得る熱供給装置、及び熱供給システムを提供する。【選択図】図１
