The present invention relates to a fish-luring light device for gathering various kinds of fish during an operation. More specifically, the present invention relates to an underwater fish-luring light device which comprises: a fish-luring light main body； a photographing unit provided on the fish-luring light main body； and a light-emitting unit, thereby distinguishing amounts and kinds of fish underwater. Owing to the light-emitting unit made of a large output light-emitting device (LED) emitting light having the wavelength useful for gathering fish, it is possible to secure a light source efficient to electricity, thereby reducing costs and increasing fish productivity due to increased amounts of fish.본 발명은 조업 시 다양한 어종을 모으기 위한 집어등 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 집어등 본체와 상기 집어등 본체에 구비되는 촬영유닛 및 발광유닛을 구비하여 수중에서 어종 및 양을 식별할 수 있으며, 집어에 유용한 파장대의 고출력 LED로 이루어진 발광유닛을 통하여 전력대비 효율적이 광원을 획득하여 비용 절감 및 집어량 증대로 인한 어업 생산량 확대에 효과적인 수중 집어등 장치에 관한 것이다.
