PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine storage cassette used for achieving efficiency of pharmacy work, for example, in a pharmacy, and a medicine dispensing device mounting the medicine storage cassette therein and to improve usability of the medicine storage cassette and medicine dispensing device.SOLUTION: A medicine storage cassette and a medicine dispensing device mounting the medicine storage cassette therein include a transmission direction restriction mechanism 32. The transmission restriction mechanism 32 restricts a direction in which a speed suppression mechanism 31 applies load on an energization body 15.
