PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine storage cassette and a medicine delivery device equipped with the medicine storage cassette which can prevent jamming of a medicine regardless of the shape of the medicine so as to smoothly convey the medicine and reliably discharge it by one piece at a time.SOLUTION: A medicine storage cassette 4 comprises a cassette body 14, a discharge lever 9, a pull-out operation part 13, an energization body 15, a fixed lid 21, and a closing lid 22. The closing lid 22 at least partially covers a top face of an upstream side of a storage space S in a conveyance direction of a medicine 10.
