PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a focus unit of an ophthalmography apparatus.SOLUTION: An ophthalmography apparatus of an embodiment includes: an illumination optical system for guiding an illumination light beam to an eyeground an imaging optical system that includes a focus lens movable along an imaging optical axis and images the eyeground illuminated with the illumination light beam and a focus unit that forms an optical path branching from the illumination optical systems optical path and irradiates the eyeground with light for focusing. The focus unit includes: a light source section and an optical member including a reflection surface that deflects light output from the light source section and collimated, to guide the deflected part to the illumination optical systems optical path. The ophthalmography apparatus further includes: a calculation section for calculating a refractive power of a subjects eye on the basis of a distance between an imaging optical axis and a position irradiated with light from the light source section in an image obtained by the imaging optical system imaging the eyeground irradiated with the light and a control section for performing focus adjustment by moving the focus lens on the basis of a result of calculating the refractive power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】眼底撮影装置のフォーカスユニットの小型化を図る。【解決手段】実施形態の眼底撮影装置は、眼底に照明光束を導く照明光学系と、撮影光軸に沿って移動可能なフォーカスレンズを含み、照明光束により照明された眼底を撮影する撮影光学系と、照明光学系の光路から分岐した光路を形成し、眼底にフォーカス用の光を照射するフォーカスユニットとを有する。フォーカスユニットは、光源部と、光源部から出力され、コリメートされた光を偏向して照明光学系の光路に導く反射面を有する光学部材とを含む。眼底撮影装置は、更に、光源部からの光が照射された眼底を撮影光学系により撮影して得られた画像における撮影光軸と当該光の照射位置との間の距離に基づいて、被検眼の屈折力を算出する算出部と、屈折力の算出結果に基づきフォーカスレンズを移動させることでフォーカス調整を行う制御部とを有する。【選択図】図8
