#$%^&*AU2018101643A420181206.pdf#####Abstract The present invention discloses an effective part of Tibetan capillaris for treating acute and chronic hepatitis, wherein the effective part mainly contains four active ingredients of Gentiopicroside, Sweroside, Mangiferin and swertiamrin, with the total content of 50-95%, and mass ratio of the four active ingredients as (40-90):(1.0-10):(0.5-5):(0.5-5). The present invention also discloses the preparation method of the effective part, the drug composition containing the above effective part and its application in preparing drugs for treating acute and chronic hepatitis. The effective part of Tibetan capillaris of the present invention can significantly ameliorate the liver injury of ANIT rats, and can better treat acute and chronic hepatitis.
