The present invention relates to purple soybean sprouts and a method for cultivating the same and, more specifically, to purple soybean sprouts and a method for cultivating the same, wherein the purple soybean sprouts have a significantly increased purple expression length in the hypocotyl, compared with soybean sprouts obtained by cultivating a variety of soybean sprouts having purple hypocotyls and flowers through a conventional soybean sprout cultivation method. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: transplanting soybean seeds； sprouting the transplanted soybean seeds； and cultivating the sprouted soybean seeds by lighting the sprouted soybean seeds using a red-light emitting diode, and spraying water onto the sprouted soybean seeds.본 발명은 자색콩나물 및 이의 재배방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 배축색 및 꽃색이 자색인 품종을 종래 통상적인 콩나물 재배방법으로 재배한 콩나물보다 배축장에서 자색의 발현 길이가 현저하게 향상된 자색콩나물 및 이의 재배방법에 관한 것이다.
