PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root crop harvester, in which the work of an auxiliary operator in a left leaf processing part is lightened by selecting and eliminating a root crop out of the standards automatically at a harvesting part, thereby to accelerate the harvesting speed.SOLUTION: In a root crop harvester: the foliage parts of root crops are pulled up by pull-up devices 34 and 35 disposed at the front part of a machine body the foliage parts pulled up are pulled out by a harvesting part 4 and the root crops are sent to a recovery part 6 by a transportation part 7 so that the root crops are harvested.
