Provided is a blood pressure measurement device by which highly accurate evaluation of vascular endothelial function can be accomplished through a simple methodology. This blood pressure measurement device (100) is provided with: an adjusted body temperature detection unit (134) designed to be worn on the surface of the body in a region of ateriovenous anastomoses of blood vessels, for detecting first temperature data a reference body temperature detection unit (133) designed to be worn on the surface of the body to the upstream side, in the direction of blood flow, from the location where the adjusted body temperature detection unit (134) is worn, for detecting second temperature data a pressurization pump for pressurizing a cuff part (111) for compressing a region to the upstream side in the direction of blood flow a first calculation means that, during compression by the pressurization pump, calculates a minimum blood pressure value and a maximum blood pressure value, on the basis of the output of a pressure sensor for detecting pressure in the compressed region and a second calculation means that, in the case of resumption of blood flow subsequent to ischemia of predetermined duration due to compression by the cuff part (111), calculates an evaluation value relating to vascular endothelial function, doing so on the basis of the differential between the first temperature data and the second temperature data detected subsequent to resumption of blood flow.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de pression artérielle par lequel une évaluation très précise de la fonction de lendothélium vasculaire peut être effectuée par une méthodologie simple.
