The measuring apparatus includes a measuring device that measures blood flow in the examined region, a detection unit that detects a height of the examined region, and a processing unit that obtains the skin perfusion pressure of the examined region on the basis of a change in the blood flow in the examined region measured by the measuring device with the height of the examined region being changed and the height of the examined region detected by the detection unit.
