PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vascular function examination device capable of easily diagnosing abnormality of a vascular function.SOLUTION: A vascular function examination device includes a vascular function diagnostic part 124 diagnosing abnormality of a vascular function on the basis of whether or not at least one of shear stress SS1 and wall stress WS is included in a preset proper range of the shear stress and the wall stress. Accordingly, the device can easily diagnose the abnormality of the vascular function by calculating the shear stress SS1 and the wall stress WS. When at least one of the shear stress SS1 and the wall stress WS is not included in the proper range, the device can comprehensively diagnose the cause, a medical treatment method, an effect of a medical treatment, and the like by further successively monitoring a change in shear stress SS1 and wall stress WS with time.
