A method for painless or nearly painless injection, by application of electricity comprising a plurality of electrodes near the area of injection for a predetermined period of time, at least before, during or after the injection, and by tapping into the tissue or near the region of injection by at least prior to, during or after injection.2. The method of claim 1, further comprising a shaking near the region of injection.3. The method of claim 1, further comprising a vibration near the region of injection.4. A device for facilitating holding of injection used to reduce or prevent pain associated with the injection, comprising a holder which holds one or more electrodes which are able to communicate with the recipients skin with the injection purpose of applying electricity near the region of injection, at least before , during or after the injection, and one or more physical stimulants configured to generate one or more sensations region near the injection, at least prior to, during or after injection.5. The apparatus claimed in claim 4, wherein at least one of said physical stimulants designed as a pusher.6. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein at least one of said physical stimulants is designed as a vibrating mechanism or shaker mechanism.7. The apparatus claimed in claim 4, wherein the electrical characteristics to be applied to a plurality of said electrodes, similar to the characteristics of electricity supplied to the electric appliance transcutaneous nerve stimulation.8. Apparatus according to claim 4, which is adapted to clamp having the form of at least two fingers which are adapted to grip the soft tissue layer near the region of injection and provided with one or more of the said electrodes, at least one of said fingers.9. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising a rotatable bar which securely holds the syringe needle or syringe for administration to the skin and is capable upon actuation of the movement of said syringe needle so that it penetrates
