A load-bearing insulated wall has smooth profiled uprights welded at regular intervals between upper and lower joints to form a frame, stringers screwed to each face of the frame, polyvinyl chloride rails glued on either side of the uprights to retain insulation within the frame, and air spaces between the insulation and the surfaces of the wall. The insulation is pref. rock wool. The wall is pref. lined with polystyrene or cellular concrete. USE/ADVANTAGE - For houses or industrial or agricultural buildings. The wall is portable and easy to erect.
