The invention relates to a 3’-isoflavone glycoside having whitening and anti-aging effects, a preparing method and a use thereof. The preparing method comprises the steps of transforming a cyclic recombinant plasmid into a suitable microbial expression system to form a gene recombinant microorganism, wherein the cyclic recombinant plasmid containing a tyrosinase gene fromBacillus megaterium and reacting the gene recombinant microorganism with a reaction solution containing an isoflavone glycoside for a period of time to biotransform the 3’-isoflavone glycoside.
