CONSTITUTION: A hair cosmetic generating agent generates a hair cosmetic product of foam type by mixing agents. The agent contains a first agent containing at least carbonate and a second agent containing acid which is able to decompose whole amount of the carbonates. The carbonate includes alkali metal salt or alkali earth metal salt of carbonate ion, alkali metal salt or alkali earth metal salt of hydrogen carbonate ion, ammonium carbonate or hydrocarbon ammonium.비에어로졸형으로서, 사용 시의 흘러내림을 억제 가능한 점도를 갖는 거품상의 모발용 화장품을 손쉽게 얻는 것이 가능한 모발용 화장품 생성제를 제공한다.복수의 제의 혼합에 의해 자기 발포하여 거품상의 모발용 화장품을 생성하기 위한 모발용 화장품 생성제는 적어도 탄산염을 함유하는 제 1 제와 탄산염의 전량을 분해 가능한 산을 함유하는 제 2 제를 포함하고, 복수의 제 중 적어도 어느 하나의 제에는 모발용 화장품의 점도를 1500mPaㆍs～83000mPaㆍs의 범위 내로 하는 증점제가 포함된다.
