PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath care device which can move a chair between a wash place and a bathtub, without lifting up the chair by a large distance.SOLUTION: A bath care device of the invention is a device for assisting taking a bath of a care receiver in a bathtub, and comprises: a device body which is attached to a bathtub a chair 3 which is attached to the device body vertically movably, has a backrest part and a seat part 32 which is coupled to a lower end part 312 of the backrest part, in which a main body part containing at least the seat part on the backrest part and the seat part, can be inclined upward to the device body an inclination mechanism for inclining the main body part to the device body and a lifting drive part provided on the device body and applies motive power for vertical movement of the chair and inclination of the main body part.
